Didn't get anywhere like I'd hoped to. Had hoped to get enough information to spur me to drive 3 hours and buy one of their trucks, but the guy said "drive on down we'll discuss it"...but not going to do a 6 hour RT without knowing a level of information to spend that time and gas

My husband called to clear up an auto pay issue, where we ended up paying our HOA fees twice, because we were supposed to receive a postcard letting us know that our bill pay was set up. We never received the mystery postcard, so he paid the fee. The associate he spoke to was rude, wouldn’t let him finish when he was speaking and didn’t have the courtesy of saying good bye, just a hang up. My husband is neither rude nor aggressive, he was merely trying to straighten this out. Customer service is sorely lacking in this company.

I have lived in Woodranch for 13 year's and my family and I were OVERJOYED to see that we had this AMAZING PROTECTION for our Community! The white Security vehicle's with a Orange Dragon on the side that patrolled the area I would see everyday all day all over Woodranch and it made my family and I feel very safe! Since this Pandemic the Security... it's completely gone and that's just wrong! We need protection more than ever right now and I can't imagine why we no longer have that protection for our familie's...THIS IS NOT OK!!! I would expect better from you and this is a very big disappointment...SMH!!!

Poor communication. Raises dues without sending a notice and then charges outrages late fees. Adds fees to your bill without explanation. Difficult company to deal with.

Property management. Very friendly and quick and efficient service
