Emerson Park

The apartments are nice, new construction, and well maintained. Amenities include a pool, kids playground, two dog parks, gym, and a cookout grill area. We enjoy the bigger dog park with natural grass more than the smaller with plastic turf. There’s more space for dogs to run around and easy on the paws, even in summer. In general there is plenty of area available for walking, a couple of ponds and trees around make for a scenic landscape as well. There are garden spaces for use during spring and summer. There’s a cute little free library which can be used for book exchanges with neighbors. Parking is open and free. There are closed garages that tenants can rent as well. Office staff is friendly and quick to respond. I have had a good experience receiving support from both Chad and Shalyn

I've lived here for a few months and have had such a positive experience. Shay is so kind, welcoming and responsive! Can't say enough positives about the maintenance team - they are always prompt and on top of things. It's been decades since I have leased and lived in an apartment and I am so glad that I landed here. Looking forward to a great summer, enjoying all of the amenities this community offers!

Let me just start off by saying Shaylyn and Chad are both kind hearted amazing souls!! I have wanted to live at Emerson Park since 2023😫❤️, But they’re such a hot commodity. I’m just now able to get in in 2026. It feels like the stars are aligning for me. I know this year is my year because I’m starting it off right with Emerson park.🏡🫶🏾 stay tuned for my update once I actually move in; I’m going to keep you guys posted on all the awesome things that happen!😌

I toured Emerson Park on Friday 1/9 with Shaylyn and she was fabulous. She was ready for our arrival and presented a broad overview of the complex in addition to showing us two layouts in order for us to have a solid understanding of what we were looking for in a new home. I left with all questions answered and was very impressed with both Emerson and Shaylyn!

Disappointing Experience Under Coastal Ridge Management I would not recommend living here, especially under Coastal Ridge management. My experience has been frustrating, especially after the change in management from Cortland, where I felt like a valued resident. I want to stay here in the future as moving can be expensive but I’ve been disappointed. First, the dog waste stations are consistently overflowing, creating an unpleasant environment. This has been particularly bad during the summer months, with the smell of dog waste lingering and attracting an abundance of flies. It's unacceptable, especially given the high rent we pay. I’ve been forced to cover my nose when near the station, and it’s disheartening to see little effort made to address the issue. Coastal Ridge blames the trash
