Emerald Pointe Apartments

I came in with a friend who was looking into renting a unit the property was very clean and welcoming ,the leasing agent delisha carter was very helpful and nice the units was very clean and spacious my friend absolutely loved it and now is a future resident .Give 5 stars visited community earlier this week - viewed with a friend . I may lease her too when my lease expires. ☺️

I had an amazing experience when I came to tour the property as a whole. Olivia was so helpful, and seemed like she really cares about her tenants. This property is by far one of the nicest communities I've toured thus far. I believe this community will be the best fit for me. I will be placing my application today!

Literally 0 STARS. I got approved to live here almost a month ago, signed the first lease, which I was told the rent amount had to do with the move in date. I got a call a day before move in, saying it wasn’t going to be ready for another 4 days. Mind you, I am 8 months pregnant with 3 children, and were living in a hotel for what was only planned to be 2 days to transition to the apartment. Then I get another call saying once again the unit wasn’t ready for another two days. No one was communicating with me on the reasons why and started ignoring my phone calls. I then get in touch with corporate. At this point, I had come out of pocket an extra 1,000 dollars in expenses for the hotel and keeping my U-Haul truck extra days. The complex said they were initially going to reimburse me, but b

if I could give this place zero stars then I would so let’s start with. I signed my lease on July 25 2025 . That’s when Jacquez Washington was working here and so was the girl Ayana ..Jacquez was the one who told me to sign my lease on July 25 because I would get half off for August and September. I was still living at the rhythm at Riverdale when I signed my lease, I told Jacquez I really did not want to sign my lease until August 15. He was the one who insisted so I signed my lease, but I did not physically move into the property until August 6, and I have proof of that in email so now we have new property management in the office by a girl named Angel and I don’t know the other girl’s name but I went on my portal a couple days ago and seen that I owe $1666.41 when my rent is only 13 som

Angel and Olivia were very helpful with assisting me with getting what I need to get settled into my apartment. Both were friendly and helpful, and they were able to assist me with my needs in a quick manner. Thank you, ladies!
