Emerald Apartments

This is one of the most peaceful and safe properties in a very convenient area of Mesa. The pool is always cleaning and 99% of the time quiet and people are respectful. The landscaping is always immaculate and there have been no issues with people leaving the waste from their animals around. It is so quiet that it is a concern if you hear loud music or loud people outside. The neighbors are friendly and they look out for each other. The office staff is extremely helpful kind and personable. You're dealing with people not numbers and not with a corporation. The gym is clean and well appointed with necessary equipment. This is the only property where you are unbothered, able to live in a respectable and peaceful community with the added bonus of not having to worry about fluctuating utility

Still the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. With a friendly atmosphere, quiet setting, all amenities included, and sociable office staff...what's not to like? The new team at the office has been great. Speaking of staff, I have to give props to Beatriz. She has been so very helpful and resourceful and is always in a positive mood and position. She is what staff members should aspire to be when it comes to client satisfaction. So thank you, Beatriz for making our stay here so meaningful and easy breezy. Can't wait to stay here for a few years or more.

This complex and its staff today has been absolutely amazing and made my living experience here truly feel like a home. Not only do they care about each of us residents individually, but they actually listen to us and truly have interest in what it is we residents want or would like. The staff is all about making sure that I am comfortable and that they are very open and friendly and honest about the ongoings of this apartment complex. Maintenance is beyond timely, communication with the staff is super easy and effective always, and the apartment complex itself is wonderfully maintained, kept clean, and safe. All of the staff truly cares about Emerald Apartments and it's residents and you can really tell. I never want to move!

We stopped by during our property outreach today and had the chance to meet Tony, the property manager. From the moment we walked in, he and the entire office team were incredibly warm and welcoming! Everyone had smiles on their faces, and the atmosphere just felt positive. Tony was great to talk with, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly runs a solid team. You can tell it’s a well-managed, and happy property all around.

I'm not sure if people get paid to leave these reviews.But this place is a dump it's outdated Consistent water leaks, water shut offs. Cockroaches management don't do their job. It might be a cheap place to live, but you'll pay.The price for living there. A lot of theft, there was a shooting there. Not a good place to live. Beware
