Emerald Apartments

Don’t be fooled by the fake smiles in the office. The staff act nice at first, but it’s all talk nothing matches what they promise. These apartments are ridiculously overpriced, crawling with roaches and mice, and always breaking down. Meanwhile, the leasing office looks brand new because that’s where all the money goes. Total scam. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I will like to make a Shout out to Amaydis Ortiz for so amazing professionalism that she carry herself in this apartments complex. She makes the process easy for new leasing. I just move from NC with my partner and she makes sure we receive in our new apartment exactly what we were looking for and specifically peace after a long day of work. This neighborhood is so quiet, Rooms are in the opposite side from each other in each apartment so you don’t listen your neighbors noise at all inside your apartment unless you are in the living room and people are using the stairs and talking loud as they passed by, other then that no complaints.

The staff has been amazing thus far. They have made my move in experience smooth and easy. No complications when trying to reach them or speak to them when trying to find out information about my application. I appreciate it you all.

Apartment complex is beyond trifling they kicked me out while I was working with an agency to help me pay my rent , but instead they didn’t notify me at all whatsoever and had all my belongings put out without telling me anything at all actually was at work and was notified by my neighbor and the company they hired the guys working stole all of my valuable property and I have video evidence of this . I filed a lawsuit against this property, beware they have a mouse and roach affection in the units the roaches are not bad if you’re not a messy person but the mouse’s are terrible and they barely put down anything to keep them out of your apartment. Again this complex is beyond trifling especially the big lady who’s the property manger , you guys be careful moving into this complex they prete

Mrs. Cynthia was very knowledgeable about Emerald apartment complex. The tour was amazing. I will make sure to tell friends about my experience as my daughter was offered her apartment.
