EMA Properties, LLC

I was very grateful that this company allowed me to move into their apartment. Especially cause it was last minute and I needed a place to stay. And I’m very grateful that they have let me stay longer than my lease because they knew my circumstances. However, they kept my entire deposit, took forever to get requests in, and I had to beg them to help me get air conditioning in my apartment. I would understand that they took out some of my deposit for moving out later than expected and a couple other things but the whole entire deposit? I’m so upset and frustrated with EMA properties .
