Aberdeen communities has a great maintenance team, who respond in a respectful timely manner, Aberdeen Communities has a very positive and friendly management team and both the property manager Chad, and regional manager George are very professional, friendly, helpful, and understanding. I love where I live, Rent here and you'll love it too!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place may be under new management and getting a facelift. But make no mistake, this apartment is a barely functional slum. the water line refuses to run every once in a while, while half the onsite washing machines have been out of order for weeks on end. Expect to fight the entire apartment for access to the single still functional washer while management continuously makes excuses to not address the problem. UPDATE: there is now no washing machine period.

Kearra took me on a tour of a two bedroom apartment, everything was very updated and nice! she was able to answer all of my questions I had. Aberdeen Communities has a great job of updating apartments in town that were neglected for far too long!

George, Chad, and Darla are extremely helpful and cares about getting the community up to date with remodels. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and I know that me and my kitty are going to be taken well taken care of here :)

The only reason this review has even a star is due to Keera and other staff. As a former resident I can tell you what it is REALLY like to live here. Yes. They have done upgrades but as cheaply as possible. How so? I had rocks under the flooring I stepped on daily throughout house. My bathroom was destroyed when the "construction" people were redoing apartment above which was never repaired. My upstairs neighbors could be heard at all hours 2 floors up with their 5 kids they never watched. Do you enjoy rap music blaring at 8am? This is the place for you! They ARE pet friendly which is the ONLY reason we stayed. Our windows never opened or shut since the day we moved in (painted and nailed shut) but because we weren't Section 8, they were last on the list to be repaired. If you enjoy a $275
