Jamie Is the best in Aberdeen! . I have been in search of the right home for a number of years. Jamie relentlessly has showed me numerous homes and didn’t give up helping me find the right one. She assisted me in the buying process as I am a young new homeowner. She was very kind in explaining terms and procedures. Her patience was very appreciated. Out of State Buyer? No Problem. Jamie is a very hardworking agent. The out-of-state purchasing of a house that is going to be my primary homemade home is so much easier. Yes, it’s a crazy idea without physically walking into the house and deciding to purchase a house. But, she walked through the house with video explaining everything. I feel like I was there with her walking though the house. The bottomline is that she knows what she’s doing. Extremely knowledgeable. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for an agent, either buyers or sellers.

I’m so excited to be moving from California to Aberdeen, South Dakota. I sold my home in LA and my realtor introduced me to Jamie. She showed me homes in several towns, but I fell in love with Aberdeen. Jamie was so helpful during the entire process from negotiating demands after the inspection, to helping me set up my utilities. She’s even helping me to purchase my appliances before I arrive. She has sent me lots of valuable information about the town of different activities that she knows will be of interest to our family. Absolutely amazing! . Jamie went above and beyond to help us look for our dream home! This was such an amazing experience, she kept us in the loop with the process and answered so many question that we didn’t know as well as jumping through hoops that we didn’t expect to happen during the buying process.
