I’ve had a really good experience living here. The prices are reasonable, especially for the quality you get. Taylor has been a great landlord—straightforward, fair, and easy to work with. Any time something needs attention, the maintenance guy shows up fast and gets it fixed the right way. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and that kind of dependability matters. Overall, it’s been a solid place to live, and I appreciate how things are handled.

I've dealt with some interesting landlords but this has been the best renting experience I've had. Their maintenance department has the fastest turnaround. It is honestly impressive and if this was the late 1600s they'd be accused of witchcraft. For example: I put in a request last night, Sunday, at approximately 2000 and had the issue resolved by 0930 the next day. Guaranteed within 24 hours they will have someone putting in work. They're understanding and effective. Yes my landlord and I have the same name. Don't worry, he's not reviewing himself.

Finding Taylor was one of the best things that could happen to a broke college student such as myself. Rent is affordable and the app itself is easy to use & navigate. Maintenance is reliable and I haven’t had any issues thus far. Overall, choosing to rent with APM is easy, convenient. I recommend!

We have rented Airbnb/short term rentals several times over the last year and half. Both units we have stayed in were very clean, nicely decorated, lots of natural light, and they came with parking. Taylor communicated check-in instructions clearly and had quick response times. I would recommend renting from him and Aberdeen Property Management!

We rented the Cozy Casa Air BnB from Taylor for my bridal party to stay at/get ready in for my wedding! It is such a cute and cozy space with great natural light! Taylor is a great host, easy to contact, easy to work with, and very kind! I would highly recommend to anyone!
