Nancy Jark handled the sale of our 10-acre homestead with terrific skill and grace. We unexpectedly were in the process of moving to Aberdeen. We happened to see a house on the market that we were interested in. We reached out to Nancy as she was the listing agent. She was very accommodating to work with our schedule to set up a showing. Once the offer was accepted, Nancy made the buying process super easy and everything went very smoothly. Very interested in buying a home in Stratford, SD for cash, called and the gentleman that answered told me the woman (nancy) who was showing the listing was out of town for 2 days. I never got a call back, even emailed her and no reply. If I was the seller I would immediately find new listing agent. You just lost out on a for sure deal. No excuse for such treatment.
