Elmwood Manor

I had to move into this place because of a house fire destroyed my home. It took me two days of scrubbing to clean up the apartment, was filthy. Now its been a couple weeks and so far so good no bugs. I truly pray that it stays that way. Mostly decent people living here..

FIRST....I would like to thank MY LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST for Elmwood Manor! This place screams community more than anywhere else in the whole world. Cockroaches? Not a problem....they kill em. Hungry? You're gonna eat. Homeless? Not anymore. Proud parent and soldier of the Korean war i stand on what i say! Being an able bodied amputee who knows gratitude when he sees it....you haters must be blind. Save Elmwood save the people!

This building has so many complaints in it I'm just surprised. Some units don't have AC in them, mouses being found and having a hard time finding the maintenance to help do anything. Coachroachs and just some bad security measures. I understand it's an affordable place to live and it's the only thing that people can afford but please do better for them

One of the dirtiest public housing facilities in Saginaw.

Do not move into this place there is bed bugs all around this place. There's roaches rats and a bad infestation all my things in my unit was damaged. Every week the alarms go off for fire and no one has caused the fire there's certain weeks that we go without power for two or three days or the water will be cut off without notice. Also whoever runs the laundry room will literally steal your clothes. Just this morning I forgot to do clothes and came home tonight at 7:00 and put my clothes in it says the laundry room is open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and when I got down there today at 8:32 the laundry facility was closed with all my clothes locked in the inside I don't have any cheap clothing so it kind of made me mad because there's no one to talk to and what's worse is whoever runs the l
