An official lawsuit has been filed against Poorvu Construction. Poorvu manages on pure emotions and feelings. Very easily wounded ego's at Poorvu offices. Car vandalism on property met with denial and blame. Repairs met with blame and denial. Incredibly fragile egos manage this property. Management enters units without proper notice- along with other landlord tenant violations. Failure to repair, failure to issue security deposits in compliance with MA law, etc. Poorvu has a long history of harassing tenants and taking security deposits for retaliation. Poorvu will even report to posting pictures of other units in attempt to steal security deposits. Minorities and single women beware- take photos and document everything- bring friends and witnesses and take videos for entire move out. Do

Moved in and noticed bugs (roaches) on second day there. They were fast to spray, I thank them for that. However, I couldn't live there thinking they may return. I moved and brought them with me to my new apartment in my furniture or clothes.

We just broke out lease because the management n owner just wouldn't let you live in peace. The have no sense of respect and privacy for their tenants and will go beyond limits to create issues. Best decision ever to move out of the living hell.

Lived here for only a few months before we ended up leaving due to poor and invasive management. You have no privacy as there are henchman watching and reporting your activities to management.
