Alan did a great job selling my dad's house. It's a quirky property, and I was worried that it would be on the market a long time or go for a huge discount. But he was able to find an excited buyer quickly and the sale went through without a hitch. He required a minimal amount of work from my father, which was nice. He was organized, clear and communicative. He was sensitive to my father's needs, and worked well with the rest of the family that were largely remote. I would use him again and would recommend him to others selling or buying a house near Foxboro.

Ron helped my family when we outgrew our first home. He visited our house and gave us a list of improvements that would help sell the house. Ron listed the house and we were under agreement in two days for full asking price. Ron also helped us find our new house and gave us excellent advice along the way. Viewing houses with Ron is excellent as he knows exactly what to look for and all the right questions to ask. We followed all of Ron's advice and recommendations and I can't imagine the process going any smoother. I would not only recommend, but insist all my family and friends use Ron for real estate transactions.

Ron was wonderful in helping me find a house. When we toured a home, he would ask questions and look for things that are so important for a homeowner to know, but that I never would have thought of on my own. Aside from the regular listings that were sent to me, Ron would send me homes separately, if he saw one that he felt I would see. He did that just to make sure that I didn't miss a house that met all of my criteria. Ron was incredibly patient, supportive, knowledgable, and, most importantly, fun to work with.
