My experience working with Christopher Fitzpatrick at Campos Homes was extremely disappointing. From my perspective, many key responsibilities of a real estate agent were not handled in the way I expected. Throughout the process, several scheduled viewings were missed, and I often felt like communication was inconsistent or not prioritized. In my experience, messages I asked to be relayed didn’t seem to reach sellers, and there were long stretches where texts and calls went unanswered. I was even given a door code for a showing where no one arrived to meet me, which left me frustrated and unsure of what was going on. I also felt that the marketing for my open house was lacking. There was no signage, no basic touches like snacks or balloons, and from what I could see, no advertising effor

Selling your home is a difficult emotional experience! Campos Homes is a knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy company. I'm certainly glad we chose them to be our realtor! Gil recommended staging our home, which we did. A big plus! They also took professional photographs and videos of our home for marketing purposes. Another big plus! Our house sold very quickly and then the sale fell through at the last minute. Devastating. But Campos Homes got it right back on the market, immediately held more open houses and again our house sold in a couple of weeks at our original asking price. This time successfully!
