Self guided tour experience. Grounds appear to be maintained nicely as do the the 2 buildings I toured: 3 & 5. The 2 apartments I toured were nice, the only downsize in my opion would be the bedroom sizes but this could be the norm just about anywhere. The layouts were a little confusing. I couldn't actually picture where a sofa and tv would be placed to make the livingroom functional. I did notice what I think are wall jacks for where you can actually mount your TV if you wanted to. The closet sizes are great but actually take up a lot of space that could be beneficial in the bedroom. But who doesn't love a huge closet? I used an app to see who the furniture i currently have would fit into the space. It would be a tight fit but again that seems to be the norm up north. Less space
We have been living at The Lodge at Foxborough for many years and continue to be grateful and so pleased to call it our home. Our apartment is perfect in every way and along with the beautifully maintained grounds, we are extremely happy. The leadership team here of Chris and Candido work closely together and work extremely hard to make this community the very best. They are wonderful individuals who are always available to listen and take the necessary actions in a prompt and professional manner. Chris, the property manager, is a hands on personable leader who listens, takes immediate actions and runs the property extremely well. Candido, the maintenance manager, is highly qualified and respected for all he does. He is incredibly technically knowledgeable and talented in every aspect o
2020 - The Manager, Jessica Lee is the worst, she doesn't respond to emails or phone calls and her door is always closed when you go into the office area. Lots of shady people living there, smoking (pot and cigs) inside the building and outside. Handicapped spots always snowed in, never shoveled I had to do it myself. Dumpster is always overflowing. Maintenance is a smooth talker, always trying to talk you out of the problem so he didn't have to fix the problem if something went wrong and they hire maintenance people who don't know what they're doing that change all the time. Toilets constantly over flowing and flooding the apartment. Dirt speckles in water, washing machine, sinks. The person that lived above me had a criminal record so I'm not sure how they do their background checks
I can’t wait till my lease is over. No ONE ON EARTH pay $204 / month for water. That is not ok. Water is more expensive than electric and gas bills combined . Something sketchy , adding the water bill to the rent and adding random price for water bill is not acceptable. Voucher apartments get privilege living comfortably unlike others money goes down the drain. The kids noise outside is unbearable, Not worth the money. The carpet smells awful asked to remove it they needed a doctor note of my allergies. Even if the carpet is filthy they will not manage cleaning it before you move in. They will offer you one time cleaning service after you move in.
Currently living here, been here for almost 2 years. Honestly, it isn’t horrible but the rumors are true they do raise the rent to the max amount allowed even though another unit, same layout, will be priced cheaper online. Mind you when we moved the cabinets were all old and broken and they still are. Paying about 2,700 for broken cabinets doesn't seem ideal but thats what they are selling over here and I dare them to charge me for it because first day of move in I recorded all of the damages that were never addressed before we moved in! There was literally an empty water bottle in the toilet thing where you check the pump! Imagine if I never checked in there, they ended up sending an email talking about how they will charge if there is anything wrong with the toilets or stuff found in th
