Great location, quiet dead end street, the buildings are always clean, landscaping is beautiful, they do a great job with snow removal. Maintenance staff is great and complete any request the same day.

I love it here. It's nice and quiet, great neighbors. Service team takes care of any and all problems. Besides the random turkeys, I have no complaints at all.

Lived here going on 4 years, even the biggest rent raise was relatively small compared to other places around. No hassles, well maintained. Honestly it's a great spot

Had a rat problem that took so long to resolve; also didn’t require a final walk-thru so I didn’t ask for one, which was partly my fault because it was my first time renting, and they charged me some ridiculous amount for some damage.

Nice little area to live My brother lives here and it seems like a nice quite place
