Great place to live! Very quiet and only a minute walk to the beach with easy access pathway to beach and walking path. Brianna and Melanie in the office are great-very helpful and nice and no automation! Pet friendly but they keep it clean with regular maintenance.

Every detail we needed was delivered with a smile. Elements is such a warm welcoming place. Brianna and her team treated my family consistently with white glove service from the moment we met, through the rental process through move in! The grounds are beautiful, nicely groomed. The views are breathtaking! Each morning, and evening we were met with sea lions chatting away with each-other and the calming bell sound from the marina makes for an incredible vacation get away feel. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance. A wonderful way to end the day is to get a nice workout in at the gym, then take a dip in the heated pool! We feel so fortunate! Moved in about a year ago and was very happy. Things have steadily gone downhill. Ladies in the front office are as helpful as they can be, and the onsite maintenance guys are great. There used to be cleaning everyday of the common areas and this has drastically decreased. The pool is not kept up as it should be and there is a problem with theft of packages and bikes. They have tried to shore up the security, but it doesn’t seem to have helped much. The landscaping is non-existent, plants are dying and not being taken care of. The laundry room is routinely a mess and although we have reported that maintenance is needed on them, the company that is contracted doesn’t seem to care. This is NOT luxury living. I moved here at 72 years of age born and raised in NYC and lived there until I moved here. I moved to be near my grandchildren. For me this was a big adjustment. I wanted to live near the shore and the place was perfect and still is. Brianna who is property manager cares for the place line it’s hers. She sees all maintenance issues are taken care of. The property is spotless. The few things that needed attention she took care of quickly just saying “No worries” and it was done immediately with follow up to see I was happy. When I travel she’ll see packages are held safely. She’s very compassionate. I was in the business close to 50 years. So I know. She worries about tenants. Listens when I give an opinion on how to solve a problem. She’s truly interested. Management like this is MOST
