great property being destroyed by unsupervised kids, says not pet friendly but there are dogs and cats everywhere. the actual apartments are amazing but if want to know what it's really like living here, come when people are home, either windows facing out or forget it. Everyone i know here has windows facing into the playground and even when weather permits, can't have windows open because of the noise level from as early as 5am and up until 3am there is screaming, yelling, swearing and kids ruining the furniture, knocking over trash cans and overall just being obnoxious jerks. Where are the parents? Who knows, they surely aren't worried about it. The actual apartments themselves are the only good thing about the place. The management and maintenance staff are less than ideal and are only looking for the benefits of housing low income tenants.
