My mom was called the n word with a hard R by a neighbor in the middle parking lot on the top left on the left side of the middle parking lot by a white man when she was walking to our apartment TWICE btw at 6pm on January 2nd, but for the most part it’s a great place to live and it’s pretty quiet but that’s just the most disturbing and actually scary experience from here…we’ve only been here 4 months but we love our place but that was uncalled for, Mona is a very great person and is very understanding and helpful for the most part, we love our place but we did not like that racist comment from a neighbor!! Very odd behavior considering she was simply just walking the same way to her apartment!!

All I can say is Thank God there are people like Mona and Holly they are a blessing my angels when I needed the help and the stepping stone i needed to officially have my son home with me again. They two angels are so awesome I can now spend every day with waking up to my son and his dog Zoey . I feel complete again knowing that I don't have to wake up in a cold feeling of anxiety mood that i had not knowing how my son is and is he ok is he safe which family member had him at their house lastnight those day we're hard almost to where I couldn't deal with it anymore... but with Mona and Holly on my side I feel blessed that I don't have to worrie because me and my son and Jason Zoey are whole again we are all together I have no more worries no more fear or anxiety just.. happines

This place is a very nice place and the lady that runs it is a very fair and polite lady and great neighbors and I love this place it will always have a spot in my heart.. there's some things I would say is just hang in there cause there are good people out there that will help you.

Mona has been a blessing. I am so thankful for this place. I never thought I would be homeless for 6 yr and experience life the way I did. It took me about 4 months to let it sink in. I have a home, shower, bed, washer and dryer. The bathroom is spacious. Gratitude for the new bed that was set up when I moved in. These are bran new places and if there's a problem I highly doubt it's Mona.

They keep responding to my review like they are going to help. That's just to save face. I contacted them. They are just trying to make it look like they care, which they do not. If they did, they would fix my account in collections, which they refused to do when I did contact. ---- The management is absolutely the worst i have ever experienced. Mona specifically. She never returns calls. She was rude. She would try to take advantage of residents by demanding entry into their unit the same day and threatening eviction if they didn't comply. I was one of the first people to move in here. They raised my rent an astronomical amount. I am a single mom. When i told them i couldn't afford the raise, Mona said that she needed my lease end letter in writing then. They never offered me or my 2
