Irma is really sweet & made the move in process super easy & Brittany was polite everytime I called with questions ! Pleasant experience and happy for this to be my new home! Really excited about all the activities seems like a family friendly hands on apartment complex. Lots of rules but they are honestly just basic rules of cleaniness and courtesy, not sure why that would be an issue to anyone. Thank you ladies!🩷

Everyone bashes these apartments so bad but no one will understand that the management from both Brittany and Irma have to be followed . These apartments and the rules are simple to follow . The manager Brittany gets crapped on so bad for making these apartments better and to make them safe and secure but people wanna let their kids do whatever and act a fool in the streets and now that she is here fixing that she is a problem you didn’t sign up to live with no rules in life you don’t get everything you want and if you bash these apartments so much and hate management then don’t move here unless you are grateful to have the help you need to get on your feel AND FOLLOW YOUR CONTRACT . Brittany is sweet and if you really know her she does give leniency and does have a heart but no one gives

Brittany is such an amazing manager she is so calm and gentle when I was moving in it was a smooth transition because of her help she is always there to listen to any concerns I have and resolve them in a timely manner she has made my time living here very pleasant because of her customer service skills. I would recommend this apartment complex because of the gorgeous facilities and amazing team.

Reading these reviews and knowing new management, it’s beyond me how it’s a bad thing that you’re supposed to do pest control and I guess you should be mad if you wanna have bugs in your apartment and The last time I checked, this is an apartment complex not a house. She makes living here easier because she’s making everyone follow the rules. Maybe people should start taking accountability instead of hating the person that’s making them. Follow the rules. Brittany has been nothing but helpful, friendly, and very open about what the rules are and when they were in placed so thank you for making this community better.

I have lived at these apartments since they have opened. I have never had any issues while living here. The office staff and maintenance have been amazing! Any time I have had an issue they have fixed it as soon as they could. People don't understand it takes a few days to get parts in and things fixed. The office people's hearts are in the right place. They care about the property and the residents here. They are always making sure the kids are being looked after. Some of these parents always let their kids run wild and don't pay attention to them. They get into things and tear stuff up. The maintenance are always having to repair things or replace things because of them. I have noticed that some of these people are bringing in a lot of different people constantly to live with them. With
