had an amazing experience working with Natalie! From the first day I toured the property, she was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free, always keeping me updated and answering all my questions quickly. You can tell she really cares about her residents and takes pride in her work. Natalie went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of — she’s a true professional and a big reason I chose to live here. I’ve been living at edgewater pointe a little over a year. The office team Ms.Casey and Natalie are awesome. They really care about our community and are always looking for improvements. My apartment is very spacious with new appliances.

Lived here in 2023, before they were called Edgewater Point, they were called City Heights. Whatever the name is doesn't matter, because the issues with this place remain. The foundations themselves are damaged from hurricanes of the past. Leading to severe flooding through the floor boards of the lower level apartments. When I lived here, the maintenance did nothing about it and said the only way to fix it would be to tear it down and rebuild the foundations entirely, which they clearly have never done no matter who the owner has been. Maybe the new owners are kind, I wouldn't know. However, if you plan on loving here, get ready for your apartment to be flooded on day one, and the flooding will lead to a roach and/or spider infestation, which we also had to deal with. We're licensed contractors and we do alot of business with this complex. The staff is friendly. I cant speak as a tenant, but from the amount of work we do and estimate for this place, seeing the tenants and speaking with a few here and there, I'd say a great place to call home. Safer than one might think and well kept up!

I have lived at Edgewater Pointe since 2020. The location is terrific (by the mall, Walmart, food and shopping, and the theater! The staff (especially Natalie and Casey) are always helpful and they host community parties that are fun! The grounds are kept neat and the pool is enhanced by the new gas grills. I nice place to call home!
