Edgewater at Sandy Springs Apartments

The units are spacious and the deck is gorgeous. Gale/Gail from Leasing is friendly, helping us out with any problem we may have. Maintenance and pest control can be a bit unpredictable, but it has fixed everything reported within two weeks. You just need to stay on it with reminders, which i understand isnt always easy to do. I hope they keep up the good work. P.S. they have two fenced in playground areas and a dog park, which is great for the family. Keep up the good work, guys. I feel we may finally have found our home at least for now. I will update if any problems arise.

Edgewater is such a beautiful community located right off the water — talk about serenity! As I drove around the community, I noticed how well-kept the grounds were. I must admit, I was a little nervous about touring based on some of the reviews, but I’m glad I formed my own opinion. The staff greeted me warmly, and everyone was so friendly that I asked for their names so I wouldn’t leave anyone out — Gil, Nathalia, Nadja, Devonia, and Jackie. The tour was very helpful, and the patio spaces are especially spacious. I also had the opportunity to meet the event coordinator, Kendra, who seemed genuinely excited about the upcoming resident events. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience!

Abdennajah Laabar is one of the reasons why staying here has been so good. He is very polite and handles requests with excellence. Even when I see him on the property on walks, he makes sure that we are taken care of. This has been the best experience I've ever had with maintenance in all my years of renting. I tell anyone who is thinking about coming to live here that maintenance will win you over but especially Abdennajah. He cares very much about his role and the work and he never has a bad attitude. Never have to worry about our requests not being attended to. He gets more than 5 stars from us every time.

My maintenance guy Abdennajah is very professional,, Naja, and Clarrissa in the office are very nice, however This apartment is not safe; as a female with a child, and children walking home it’s very scary, this Apartment have no camera, imagine getting home at nights from a 12 hour shift and getting your packages and mails but it’s pitch black, strange man smoking week there, And no lights‼️ Not to mention the mailbox is old broken and a river of water surround it, it’s an accident waiting to happen. Then there is the issue of the trash, when I signed my lease it says $25 then once I moved in they changed it to $105 every month. Plus around 8 more added fees. I complained to management, for months to no amends.

Abdennajah labaar gives excellent care everytime needed and always with a smile. One of the top main maintenance men on the property. Since staying on the property for the last 4 years he has been the top guy for the job. Very helpful, kind and passionate. Needs to be a manager if not already. Thank you!
