Eden Park at Bear Creek Apartments

I had a great experience touring this apartment community, and I especially want to highlight Daniel. From the start, he was incredibly informative, patient, and supportive. I’m currently going through a major life transition, and he was very understanding of my situation, which honestly meant a lot. I never once felt pressured or rushed. Daniel took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and reassuring. The overall vibe was calm, welcoming, and professional — it made me feel much more secure and confident about the process. I’m currently saving for my deposit, but I will absolutely be calling Daniel when I’m ready. Highly recommend working with him if you’re considering this property.

(Going to edit this to make it short and to the point) Moved into the place which a bunch of damage has seen in the photos. Normally with damage like this they’d tell you to extend the move in day for repairs but no I was unaware. In short the problem is Demetrius (don’t care to learn how to spell her name) and the management. Daniel is great; he does his best even tho everyone around him is mediocre. Parking is a pain since they have so many covered reserved parking and some non-covered reserved parking and very few free parking. 12/30/2025 update: it’s been about 5 months and nothing has changed. Rent is never consistent and recently I had a conversation with Dometrius (don’t care to learn how to spell it) how the rent on ClickToPay which is where you always pay your rent didn’t match

Daniel and Kenna made the move easy.. Daniel answered all our questions and made the application process easy! His voice was welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. Kenna finished up on the backend with a homerun! She walked me through the process of making my first payment online successfully. Getting documents in properly all in a matter of minutes to receive my keys before closing.. I was so frustrated with my day and Kenna made me smile and feel at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better team. Thank you both for welcoming us to our new home!

I see other residents reviewing recently so I figured I’d chime in. The trash situation is disgusting and gotten out of hand. This picture was taken back in March, and every week the dumpster looks like this. It’s a health hazard to just take my garbage out. Why are residents paying more for delayed or extra dumpster pickups at all? This is not a resident failure, this is an RPM and management failure in addressing the contract and service of the trash collectors. Why are we paying for a trash butler service that isn’t around because they are short staffed? I live 150 feet from the dumpster and cannot opt out of a trash pick up service that doesn’t come many days out of the week. This place is unbelievably a health and human hazard. I stayed with my sister for a few weeks to visit, and there is water draining down a tube into the GUEST SHOWER (black water falling on my face), the paint in the showers is peeling, and the shower is yellow from all the chemicals falling into the tub. Also my sister has callled and called to get the replacement for the microwave, which broke into pieces. And still, no microwave. Last but not least, all the kitchen cabinets haven't been changed/replaced in years, and are falling apart. When my sister called them to replace them, they did absolutely nothing. TOXIC AIR + TRASH SITUATION IS SO BAD AS POINTED BY OTHER NEIGHTBORS + PAINT DISOLVING WHILE YOU SHOWER (A HEALTH HAZARD). Stay away from this place - it's such a bad exposure for y
