ECO Mesa

I’ve been living at Eco Mesa for about a month now, and I couldn’t be happier! The location is unbeatable-right in downtown Mesa with tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars all within walking distance. It’s so nice not having to drive everywhere. The apartments themselves are beautiful. The layout feels open and modern, with plenty of natural light. The appliances are all high-end and can even be controlled from your phone, which is super convenient. I love the big balcony and how massive the closet is. The shower water pressure is also great which is definitely an underrated but important thing. Parking is a huge plus here too. Having secure underground parking is so much better than dealing with carports or street parking. The building feels safe and well cared for, and the

Hands down best place to live in Downtown Mesa! We moved here about five months ago and have been loving it ever since. The views are amazing, and having great food (Main Burgers, Proof Baker, Gus's Fried Chicken, e.c.t) just steps away is such a bonus. From the moment we moved in, management has been incredibly supportive, making the entire transition smooth and stress-free. The location is truly unbeatable—with tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and museums nearby, there's really something for everyone to enjoy. Having the police station so close by also gives us a great sense of security and peace of mind. Overall, this has been one of the best living experiences we've ever had. Highly recommend! A+ experience. The community is clean, safe and welcoming and the office+maintenance staff provide white glove service. Sherrie and Alberto have gone above and beyond my expectations, proactively addressing things and treating Eco as if they lived here also. When the water was recently off for maintenance (under a day), they provided mobile air conditioned bathrooms (both mens & womens), and hand delivered drinking water to each unit. The coffee bar is fully stocked daily and there's community events on the calendar for the holidays. I've seen both Sherrie and Alberto on-site after hours addressing the needs of this community, and we didnt hesitate to renew our lease.

The amenities are amazing, the eco aspect is phenomenal, and every single person whi has come to my apartment has complimented the layout and phenomenal view. The best apartments by far to live at in the entire east valley hands down. And what ties it all together is management and maintenance being absolutely incredible at showing support to their tenants. Sherrie (manager) has completely turned a complex into a community, showing detail and care to each tenant she sees (we’ve seen this personally with ourselves and he care of others here). And Alberto has always been so wonderful with communicating any repairs that need to be done and is always so attentive to detail. Truly, nowhere else I would want to live!

Sherrie is amazing!! She has made our move in process super easy! I cannot say enough good things about her and ECO Mesa i love living here My view is amazing and the apartment layout is gorgeous! We are on the top floor with a north view
