We have looked into buying a house twice in our lives, once about 3 years ago and once about 2 months ago. 3 years ago, we had a realtor with a different company that was so bad, it put us off considering even buying a house. Fast forward to 2025, and we decide we are probably in a good spot to consider it. Chrystya was recommended to us by family. Not only was she fantastic in helping us identify potential problems in houses, she did a tremendous job representing us to sellers. We managed to find a home that we fell in love with within about 2 weeks of looking. Chrystya was extremely proactive in communication and we never felt blindsided by any next steps.
