We met with Terri Beacher. My fiancee and I were very interested in the Davidson layout. During our meeting with Terri we showed interest in that layout and she told us "there is a big difference between 200,000 and 300,000". That was very uncalled for judging potential clients before running their eligibility. Location is nice but representation is not.
Our clients just recently closed with the onsite agent Terri, she was wonderful and explained the process in detail. The overall experience was terrific and we will def be bringing more clients back.
Terri behaved one way before we signed a contract and then completely changed after. She’s very unprofessional
