Early January 2026: Garbage finally picked up weeks late last month. Now: -4 days with no electricity in parts of apartment; -full month no repair/ replacement of broken garage door opener. Opens, Can’t close the garage door. When we leave it’s wide open. -lost hot water for 2nd time this quarter. -For last 5 months: NO continuous garbage collection. Two and three weeks EACH month, garbage piles up on the garage floor. Each. Month. Every month. Multiple calls with NO change in collections, always say “outside vendor issues”, “working on a solution”. Wash entryway doors but NEVER the outside of apartment windows, which remain filmy with buildup,filthy. Windows are single pane, spaces at the edges where bugs and bees fly in. I just moved to Eastway Manor and I have to say that I am very impressed with the whole process. Mikayla communicated with me for a whole month prior to me moving in and she answered my many questions. The apartment was so clean that I didn't have to do anything. I’ve lived at 4 different apartments while living on my own and this is hands down the worst one. I lived at highland bay first, and then moved here where it’s under the same management. I lived here for almost 2 years and had SEVEN OR EIGHT new property managers, in which one who stole our pet deposit. The washers are broken - ruined SO many of my clothes - when I left in May they were literally filled with dirty water. The amount of stink bugs is wild! I’m talking in my pantry, bathroom, living room, everywhere! The grout came up in the bathroom and stabbed my foot in which they wouldn’t fix, so my fiancé did. The fan in the bathroom was so loud it sounded like a rocket taking off, in which again they wouldn’t fix until it quite literally caught on FIRE. The heat didn’t work during winte

I've lived here for 7 years and it is great. Quiet all day and maintenance is available as needed. Has garage and outside porch. Small pets accepted.

Great place to live. (I know. I live there) Nice apartments. Great manager. They’ll drag me out of here kicking and screaming.
