Avoid living here if you can afford it Pros: Rent is cheap, more than enough (uncovered) parking, nice park nearby Cons: The apartments are terrible. The walls are warped, dishwasher leaves your dishes dirtier after using it, you get charged beyond your deposit for normal wear and tear.

Worst place to live. Management company will charge you thousands of dollars for normal wear and tear like replacing carpet that still looks fairly new or having stains on the outside in the common area.
