Since the new female property manager took over, the level of professionalism at this property has noticeably declined. She is rarely in the office and difficult to reach. On one occasion, residents were attempting to access the office during posted hours and could hear her inside talking loudly on the phone while the office door remained locked. Situations like this are frustrating and leave residents feeling ignored. When communication does happen, the tone often feels dismissive and unprofessional, which makes it uncomfortable for residents to raise concerns or ask questions. I wouldn't recommend this complex to my enemies. Termites and mice infestation. Not to mention the management could care less about their tenants money is their main concern! Whatever you do do not complain if you do management's solution is a letter of termination. Maintenance is poor! I almost died due to mice infestation I had a staph infection meanwhile mgmt took me to court for non payment of rent falsifying court documents(I had a voucher) but I was made to pay 3 months rent by Judge Norman Stone.

I would not tell anyone to move in there . I lived there 5 months and tat was all i could take anymore beteewn the DRUG infeastion and the Mice infeation its horrible ! I had to leave my living room set there bc the mice had build nest inside of it ! and the pest control guy is a joke I removed 2 nest one night and a week later another one in the same place .. Only thing i can say the management and grounds guy was really nice to me but the mice and the drugs flying threw there its not the place to raise kids in at all ... If you move in there good luck

I've lived at Eastgate for 21 years. I've seen people come and go. I've seen many changes over the years. Management used to be very picky with who they let in but the new ones don't care and so a lot of dirty people who don't care often times get in. The front is good and it's still a nice place but not like it was years ago. I like it though.

That's where I live I really like it because then you can go get Dunkin Donuts for free and you can dance all around and no one will do anything I love my house and my daughter loves it too and my daughter likes it too I want to say it's so beautiful but the internet we have Internet and you want to sleep all year long in this house
