Eastbrook Flats

I treat apartments with respect, and this was the first one I received my full security deposit back from so 5 stars. Dog park in the backyard is great. Location is quiet, good looking and safe. However, not much to do in the nearby area in terms of retail, etc. without a 5-10 minute drive. Great pricing. Zero amenities, garage is nice and open but not well maintained in terms of sweeping, eliminating spider webs, etc. but you get what you pay for. 5/5 would live here again.

Management is an issue. We pay our rent and bills on time, this response from management was unacceptable. We will not be resigning. So, we were left without water for about 4 days after reporting an issue with our shower for running over 8 hours until maintenance finally came. We placed a request, correctly, can’t gaslight us, but nothing was done about it until we texted the landlord telling him we were not going to pay the water bill r/t to this negligence not to mention the risk of mildew growing? Gross. So maintenance turned off the water, fair and valid, but didn’t come back and also didn’t communicate when they were coming back. We have animals, imagine if we had small children. Anyways, we had to get the co-signer involved, who is also a lawyer, and she emailed the landlord after w

We have lived here for over a year...we love our apartment and all that came with it! We have a beautiful view, the inside is awesome! Management has been responsive to our needs with maintenance, while not efficient are good communicators at times. However common areas are not maintained; hallways are carpeted and while I know management cannot tell people how to live, trash is drug through the halls and never cleaned up even when pictures are sent and I am told that they would Cleaned yearly- they are not.....we were lied to by the gentleman who showed us the apartment. Other areas are running down as well (parking poles underneath, door code box wall). Therefore, If common areas were maintained it would be a 5-star property- they do have one cleaner who comes once a week but vacuuming

Very cozy apartments. Love calling this place home

Management easy to work with - love being near the dog park! Lots of nearby trails, and easy bus access. Underground parking is awesome.
