I moved here 14th of February, maintained supposed to had came back on the $15 to give us another doorknob because of the finger print not working on master bedroom anymore but no sight plus our living room and kitchen light was out the whole night. I put in the request that morning but was able to fix it on my own. The maintenance didn’t come til yesterday March 3rd which it shouldn’t had taken that long. Which is another reason why I’m happy I was to fix it on my own due to having kids at the home.

***CAUTION. BEWARE*** On November 4th at 6 pm my Hot Water Heater flooded. I called the emergency line left several messages no one came until the following day at 4pm (while the office was operating this day). My apartment flooded for a full 24 hours the first few pictures are a result of that. They came fixed a leaked AND CAUSED ANOTHER. Which I knew nothing about until I came home from vacation to water damaged walls, my fridge off (food lost) and sound bar damaged because it was on the same circuit. (This is a maintenance emergency) it took them 2 days to come and look at to which they discovered it had been leaking since they changed the water heater (from the 5th to the 13th). I just moved in to this complex yesterday. I will say at times it’s hard to reach people in the office to answer general questions! But from start to finish from Greg doing the actual showing and Sylver being my leasing agent it felt good to be back in my own space again! Syler was nice, never had an issue with her professionalism or customer service. I’ve never had a move in like this where they “ring the bell” to welcome you after signing your lease and everyone in the office congratulating you! That really made me welcome! I also LOVED that the leasing agent GOES WITH YOU, so they get so see anything that may not be up to par at the exact same time as you do and they report it right then which is what sylver did for me. It’s still very early on but so far so good!
