Eagle Springs Apartments

I forgot her name she is in the front office very nice and friendly and made sure I look at those apartments and I end up liking the eagle spring set up. I would love the give her five stars because of the way she handle business to make the customer happy….

Proceed with caution. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever lived. I never got my carpet cleaned upon renewing lease. My place has been burglarized twice. Car vandalized. Head lights stolen, windows busted. Flooded roaches. Mail box changed with no key. I never got an apology from a community that is more worried about bible study on Wednesday then the safety of a single mother with children. Neighborhood watch, gated community what a joke.

This is a very ghetto environment. The apartments are flooded with roaches. Old appliances, cabinets and toilets. Trust me, you do not want to live here. The property management should be ashamed of themselves for letting their tenants live in such a horrible bug infested place.

A very ghetto field area. These apartments might have been nice ONCE, but I'm sure that was long ago. I wouldn't want to live here, in this complex, surrounded by a projects type atmosphere. But......

Today the water was off about 8hours I wasn't expecting to be without water that long. I could not do anything today SMDH the water came on at 8pm.. I hope this doesn't happened again today stressed us out.
