Eagle Ridge Apartments

I would like any potential renters to be made aware of my experience. I lived in this complex for 4 years, and was one of the very first tenants. The complex underwent several management changes, and in Summer 2024, I was preparing to move out. The current property manager, Michelle, took more than 60 days to issue my security deposit refund, and she took charges from my security deposit that I did not agree with. It took so long because despite me providing her my new address and her acknowledging receipt, she had the check mailed to my previous address and expected it to forward. It was sitting in my old inbox. She blamed this on me. While I did have my mailed forwarded (and I have documentation to prove this), USPS did not forward the check. Wasn't able to see rent on website, said to call. Called and was told waiting list was full and was *closed* when asked about the rent. Which is fine of course but the lady on the phone wouldn't even budge on telling me what the rent could be and stonewalled me by just saying its *closed*. Not sure what the issue was but I guess driving away future tenants is one of their core values.
