After being on the waitlist for a few years, our time is finally here and so far the process and service that has been provided thus far has been outstanding! From the initial application and Ms Kim answering questions while patiently waiting, to Ms Paula who has walked and kept in communication with us each step of the process. Also Ms Jeny from Tampa housing for being quick and efficient. My family and I couldn’t be happier and more excited for our next chapter. Ms Paula has been outstanding and made this stress and worry free. We are so grateful for her and the whole team.

Apparently they don't like kids. My daughter was playing while I was helping my sister with her paper work. They told me I had to take my 3 yr old outside in the heat because she was playing to loudly. Never felt more disrespected by people that are supposed to help families.

It was very impressed with the high level or professional and good manners of the people of this temporary relocated office just two nice ladies with smiling faces wishing to answer all your questions. I Alfredo Acosta recommends to everybody.
