Santos Isle

No other place in this area offers what we have here for the amount of rent charged. The building is very attractive and only 3 yrs old. The location is very convenient making whatever you might require within walking distance if you choose.

I do love living here but am concerned on how it is changing. The landscaping is being neglected with all dirt spots where flowers were. Our beautiful palm trees are falling and have not been cut back for hurricane season. The laundry room was dirty and dog poop is around. Our front office is amazing and our maintenance team is excellent but they work half the amount of hours. I pray Richmond properties makes some changes since they have beautiful residents here who really care about where they live. I guess I am the person Speaking out. Thank u

Wonderful management and grounds. My mother lives here and we love having her in such a nice location and extremely affordable. Very friendly senior environment. Very clean and quiet.

Moved in over a year ago. Love this place! Spacious apartments, well maintained, nice pool and close to everything.
