Tarponwood Lake Apartments

They are scammers. Ridiculous fees, App Fee $200, Admin Fee $300, First, Last, Security and $1500 if you have any type of eviction for every single eviction. They claim they have all types of amenities meanwhile half the dryers and washers are broken. The pool NEVER works is always closed. They have roaches and bedbugs BEWARE OF APPLYING TO LIVE HERE

It gets one star. It has gone to shit. The maintenance is weird they've made me and my child uncomfortable when you need something fixed management says "I have to order it" we haven't had A/C we've had window units they don't know how to fix anything! Manager has withheld my mail/package I could keep going but not going to waste my time.0 stars if I could.

These apartments are disgusting management never wants to fix anything and put excuses to everything office lady never does her job right and sends to tow cars with no motivation and gives no warning at all . Has 10+ people in one apartment living under section 8 but want to kick out other people . And than there’s roach infested apartments here from other tented(videos down below ). Very terrible place to live/rent they rise you’re rent without putting any notice on the doors or letting you know charge 1000 for each dog when the contract says 300$ . Roof could be falling and management won’t fix it only would come look and leave mold would be growing on walls and they come by and only spray a spray and leave . Wouldn’t recommend to live here to anyone .

Been here almost four years I think I have no complaints its quite and the office staff is very nice feels like home

It's a great apartment complex. They had a bit of construction going on, repairing apartments. I saw them replacing staircases. The company responsible for the lawn. They were out there. They were buzzing around. My best friend. He lives there. I love visiting him. The neighbors are always nice.
