The leasing agent is more concerned about her personal life and her horrible divorce, and sharing it with the complex then she is about doing what is in the best interest for the community. Tammy took over a year ago and the cops have been in there more times then they ever have in the 8 years that my family and I have lived at Sandpiper. Maintenence, at one point used to be really friendly as well as very helpful inside our homes whether with or without a work order . Fast forward, he now is less apprehensive about helping in general. We as a community need someone who will operate the community as it should.be.

I'm humble and it is important to get along with your neighbors being so close to one another. I like to add that i'm very grateful for the TNVR program with awesome people doing great things.

all they worry about is the parking lot. they should be allowing people to get screen doors to make the property look nicer, no lawns to speak of,dull green doors and trim. place looks like a third world ghetto. can,t leave the doors open because the critters come in. 2 legged and 4 legged.

My husband & I live at Sandpiper village Apartments. We are very happy living here

Staff is very polite lovingly grounds well taken care of in fenced-in looks like a very safe place to reside
