MOLD MOLD MOLD Here we go again SECOND LEAK!!! Patty still insisting that my poor 80 yr.old mom pay for half, if my mom what's air quality test it is there air conditioner that LEAKED REALLY!!! My MOM is just starting to feel better from first leak she hasn't been home in almost a month because she had breathing issues due to the mold. 707 watersegde dr apt. 202 lake villa IL 60046 Second leak found in bathroom ceiling Sunday two leaks one month horrible. Who knows what we will find next? Pictures are from first leak in my mom's apartment MOLD.

Eagle Management recently took over management of 5550 N Kenmore Ave Chicago, IL. DO NOT MOVE THERE! The whole building is infested with bed bugs, roaches, and mice! Their management is horrible. I reported bed bugs and Eagle Management didn't send exterminators until a WHOLE MONTH later. They dont care about their tenants well being. They just care about the money. Im pretty sure people in the building do crack or some kind of heavy drugs. The only good thing is rent is cheap. But you really do get what you pay for!!! That block is not pleasant either. Really strange people live across the street who make you feel unsafe.

Racist property manager and poorly maintained buildings with high rent. I do not recommend
