Eagle Crest Apartments

If I could give this apartment a -10 stars I would. I would first like to say this was my first apartment I’ve moved into. The first week I’ve noticed a manager was being nosey and paying attention to my home. Walked into my home without my permission at times asking people why were they in my home. ( the one that works in the back with black hair ). I’ve worked out of town alot and also really was never home but I knew due to my family check in and out of my home. Second I would like to say ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. The apartment was very infested with roaches. The sewer was horrible. The maintenance was horrible as well. I’ve literally broke my lease due to me not being comfortable or even dealing with the roaches and the nosey office people or invading my privacy. Please do not move here

I was given keys and told turn lights onto an apartment that they were still fixing on. I came and saw many things wrong and requested they be fixed. I was told at the end of the day they were fixed just to come into the apartment and find roaches and nasty living conditions. I was let out the lease but charged two days of rent. When I requested they pay for the electric bill due to maintenance being the ones who used the energy to complete what should’ve been complete before I was given the keys, I was told by Raven that she didn’t have to let me out the lease and that I shouldn’t have accepted the keys if I didn’t want the apartment because she told me they had to add paneling to the door after I already signed the lease and drove an hour across town pick up the keys. May 8th 2025 These apartments used to be nice and quiet. Not anymore! You might come outside to see 25 people standing in the breezeway doing nothing and they probably don’t even stay in your building. Kids run all over the place being obnoxious and tearing the property up, leaving trash everywhere. People chilling on the stairs playing music like they’re at the park. I don’t pay $1500+ a month to constantly be disturbed. I get we are in an apartment but damn this isn’t the park either! The police are ALWAYS here, roaches from all the trees. I’ve been driving for 30 minutes on the freeway and all of a sudden a roach crawls from under my hood. People over here got 10 people to an apartment. It’s a mess gate be broken. This is a great apartment community! Nice, clean, and quite. Plus the maintenance team is awesome. They always get to your service request in a timely manner! Plus the leasing office is the bomb. They are real friendly and all smiles. Eager to help you and they are very professional! 😀
