They were a good company at one point I don't know what happened in 2023 but they filed eviction saying I owed them $1800 for February and March which $1800 was the amount of my rent no late fees or nothing went to court. Judge dismissed it. They tied again in April saying I was 2 months behind $1800 but they wanted the property no money. If I was 2 months behind it would have been more than $1800 I was stressed I agreed to leave if they dismissed free and clear they agreed. And turned around and put it on my credit. I'm still having issues getting a place I'm going through the collection agency they are no help keep adding years to it being on my record I'm hurt never had this issue who losses a home for $1800 with proof of payments

Unacceptable Neglect of Loyal Tenants My parents have rented this home for over 15 years, yet when they requested a heater repair before Christmas, it was completely ignored. It is now February, and they have been forced to stay elsewhere for two months because their home was too cold and uninhabitable. Both of my parents are senior citizens with serious health conditions—my mom has congestive heart failure, and my dad has leukemia. Despite multiple requests, the management company has not resolved the issue. This is a shameful way to treat long-term tenants, and no one should have to endure such neglect.

I am writing this review to describe my personal experience with E&E Capital. They gave me a chance!! Juliette the property manager is very helpful and was such a blessing to me, especially throughout my application process. They are very good with communicating anything you need to know, by email, text and phone calls. I am in a great location! It is very quiet and a great Community that is very convenient, not far from work, the airport and downtown Atlanta. My Condo needs some work done and the maintenance team has been amazing, communicating every step of the way to fulfill every work order in a timely manner. They always follow up before closing out any work order ticket. I am very happy in my Condo, I love it so much I just renewed my lease for another year. Thank you again E&E Capit

Going on 9 years with E&E capital and we've had our issues and They are willing to work with me on anything usually but lately not having a good track record. I had a water leak back in November and didn't know found out and reported it to them.. water bill is high and I've been waiting over 4 months for paperwork so it can be submitted to ccwa, nothing yet. I asked for certain repairs before my lease was up cause i was going to renew my lease and instead the owner decided to put the house up for sale instead of fixing it.. So now I'm looking for a new residents.. *update* E&E CAPITAL MANAGEMENT lack of consistency the house went up for sale for 2 months then was removed. I believe they did this to get a higher rental amount so they can charge me the month to month lease which is $150 ext

Here I am two years later writing yet another great review of E&E Capital Management. It has been two more awesome years with this company. After relocating back to Georgia two years ago. I gave them the heads up and inquired about their available properties. Within a short time I was able to get into a home. Great quiet neighborhood with a great school district! I felt the love as a returning tenant. The quality of service NEVER changed. The customer service wasn't any less in quality because they knew me as a tenant. The convenience of their online tools and responsiveness to maintenance requests is impeccable! I can only speak of the great experience I've had.
