I had a review previously posted and wanted to give an update since I’ve been here for nine months. First of all the only good thing that I’ve experienced so far has been the security officer Bryant, I although he seems to know a lot of information about a lot of tenants and doesn’t mind sharing that, he’s a nice gentleman overall. When I moved here April 2023, it was raining, the gutters were clogged and overflowing with water so the movers had a very tough time bringing my things into my apartment. I immediately let the office know about the gutters, as a matter of fact, I put in several work orders to have it fixed, but no one even responds to that particular work order. Maintenance used to be really good about getting requests completed within 24 to 48 hours, but in November I complain
