I didn't even want to give one star but I had to to be able to write my review. The absolute worst place I have ever lived. Always in your business... always gossiping with the tenats about other tenats... racist old black ladies that are mean to kids. Flipped my 4 year old daughter off and threatened her. They deliberately put me above this lady... knowing I had a small child. This lady kept her music so loud but would complain and call the cops to my apartment for my child just walking across the floors. The Office has no respect for anyone's privacy... like I said before they would talk with other tenants about other people's household. They even tried to do this with me... I never once said anything about anyone, not even the mean prude of a woman that I was forced to live above. I was

The current site manager is the most unprofessional, the most disrespectful, & the most hateful women I have ever met. She is a true slum lord who bullies the tenants, threatens the tenants with eviction and she is flat out abusive to us and our kids. I had a gas leak for about 9 months that I begged her to take care of in which the fire department had to come and explain to her it had to be taking care of because ITS A LIFE THREATNING ISSUE! Like the exposed wires and uncovered electrical socket in the picture below that was FINALLY taken care of ONLY because the housing authority was contacted and explained to her once again It HAS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF BECAUSE ITS LIFE THREATNING! I am REALLY worried that if she continues working here it is going to cost someone or some families there li

Supposed to be a family community for the community. The manager is for herself, rather see us(black ppl) homeless mean while its turning into meth city over here ,on top of the health issues from mold and rotten dryway. The kids arent allowed to play outside, Tenants are not allowed to hang at each other place, no one can visit from out of town cuz u will get evicted if they are still there when the office opens back up. She is exaggerating the truth eviction ppl left and right. No way in he'll would I suggest anyone moving here and if u or someone u know live there help them get themselves together so they can move asap before they have an eviction and tryin to figure their next move including kids!! I hope they hurry and get this balanced out

Very quiet and peaceful, and very well kept and I see that they have a laundromat.

Could use a good hot steam pressure wash but it looks luke the kids there can play safely
