Quail Run Apartments

My friend lives there and they had her car towed from where it was parked in front of her apartment because her parking permit had fallen off of the rear view mirror and was laying on the dash, no knock at the door no nothing just hooked it up and towed it away. Cost her 179.00 to get her car out of impound

The place has been kept up really well. They just finished putting new decking and new screens on all of the back porches. The apartments are cleaned and repainted in between each tenant. Very prompt when it comes to fixing issues. The property manager is a very sweet lady who tries to keep on top of any issues that are brought to her. Overall great place to live!!

Mary and Courtney are amazing. I love it here. It is quiet and the lawn crew did an awesome job the last few days. I am fortunate to have found a new home here. Good job. Just lovely.

Great place to live. Been here for years. Very quiet place to live, landlord promptly takes care of any issues or concerns. Several people I know have moved into the complex because of its location and competitive price compared to other apartments in the area.

during the snow there were two to three foot piles of which I would have had to walk her to get to a friend's apartment because for days the management had not had this place the ice. I would hate for one of their own renters to fall and have to Sue this place.
