Mora Mi Apartments

Twice needed emergency phone number, left message Friday, they show up Monday. A furnace requiring fire department with 3 workers and big wrenches working almost 45 minutes just to shut it down. Poop coming up the tub drain for 3 days. The clog even broke one of their plumber snakes. The pool they have no clue how to maintain so get used to seeing it empty or green with toads and bugs. That never worked right. Only one filter station works in the pool. You may get 1 week a year when it works. don’t count on it. I offered to help but said i didn’t know what i was talking about. My pool worked year round in Las Vegas and was not much smaller. Then, the windows shake during thunder or upstairs residents walking around.

My wife, son and I moved in a couple weeks ago and so far have nothing but good things to say. The application and lease signing process was easy and smooth. The pet deposit was a little high but I'd rather have that than a deposit and monthly fee, considering we plan on living here for at least a few years. The two bedrooms are quite nice and fairly large for the price, especially considering there's a pool. The pool is always clean, well taken care of, and never crowded. I actually see the manager cleaning it every morning. The manager Vicky has been very nice, but makes sure she does what needs to be done to run a good complex. I've stood outside next to the door and windows to see if there's any draft, but the unit seems pretty well insulated as I haven't felt any cold air leaking out.

I've lived at Mora Mi for 4 years now and I truly enjoy my apartment. My neighbors have become friends, it's just a great place to live. It is so nice to have a swimming pool right outside for my son during the summer. The management and maintenance are always quick to take care of any issue. I'd recommend the complex to anyone who enjoys a clean, friendly and relaxed environment.

The process to rent an apartment here was both professional and fun! The manager and her wonderful assistant are very friendly, helpful and hard working. They answered all of my questions and have treated me very kindly. My son and I Immediately fell in love with the apartment we viewed and applied for. Within a couple of hours of filling out the application we we’re approved, contacted and signing our lease. The whole experience was really a dream come true, and we are VERY happy to call Mora Mi our home!

I've been living in Mora-Mi for two months now and love it! The apartment manager is very helpful and can be contacted at all hours. Over the past few months they have renovated the interiors and are now working on the outside so they look really nice. We have had a few small problems since we've moved in such as door locks and electric plug ins not working and maintenance was there the next day to fix them. The apartment is in perfect location to town; just blocks from the hospital, the park, coffee shops, a local organic store, banks, pharmacies, yoga studios, and breweries. It is truly a nice place to live and I would recommend the building to anyone!
