I stayed there for a year at 2968 Apt 9 (2Bed apt) and my experience is WORST. I had multiple complaints of LEAKING CEILING ALL YEAR ROUND and I cant sleep on my room. The other room does not have a proper ventilation. I cant sleep on my bedroom for more than a month and yet they didnt budge to lessen the monthly rent for the days I cant use my bedroom. There are sharp nails poking on the carpet in the living area between the tiles and carpet area. The manager is very rude. The moment you signed a 1 year contract their attitude towards the client/tenant will change. Just beware when signing a contract and always double check the unit before signing because they will charge you EVERYTHING so make sure you have done the walkthrough checklist. Don’t move here!! She over charges and maintenance will walk in your place without knocking. If your a/c is out maintenance will come by multiple times and take pictures then wait 6months to fix it. When it’s winter and your heater is out she’ll give you a space heater to run your bill up. And no kids are allowed to play outside so if you have kids don’t move here she’s not kid friendly. Maintenance looks tweaked out 24/7 minus some. She’ll ask you to replace blinds but won’t fix a a/c. She’ll ask everyone to do something but won’t attend to actual needs of someone living condition. She spends most her days out side by the pool smoking cigs and ignoring calls. I didn’t live here but I saw enough to know not to rent here. Saw multiple friends move out cause how the landlord was.

I lived here for 3 years and was a model tenant. No issues and stayed out of the way. The landlord is untrustworthy and will screw you at the first chance. I am moving out and she is requiring me to move out before the end date of my lease but refusing to prorate the rent for the 3 days that I won’t be using. I asked her about this and she said “lol” and then tried to charge me for September rent. I have two children and she’s trying to squeeze me for money. I paid $1000 a month for an apartment that was damaged on move in, and constantly had water leaks. She is apparently notorious for this behavior with tenants. I am pursuing legal action against her.

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS DUMP. I have lived here over a year and there is nothing but problems. The apartments leak, and when I say leak its constant. The morons they hire to do maintnance do shoddy work, don't attempt to clean up after themselves, and are constantly making problems worse. The Apartment Manager is a is a 2 faced snake. Will smile and lie until you sign the lease then you better watch out. All the positive reviews that mention the manager are probably filled out by her or family as they DO NOT reflect reality. The lies the shoddy workmanship and greed fill this place and it shows. I challenge the supposed owner to justify these pictures, This was left on a Friday night and when the "wonderful" manager was contacted her reply was "we might get to it on Monday". Tha

I have been living here since June 2015 and have renewed my lease for 2 more years. Its been a huge change since I moved in for the better. The current manager is on top of it and place is clean and quiet all the time. I have two of my coworkers who also moved in since I told them how good it is.
