Oaks Place Apartments

I moved in a little over a week ago and Debbie was so patient and helpful with the move in process! The club house has a nice clean gym and a fancy coffee machine which I love. Additionally, Jerry, who is in charge of maintenance was very quick to look at my washer. The staff here have been so friendly and welcoming and have been happy to answer my many questions.

I moved in to Oaks Place Apartments a little over two weeks ago and couldn't 't be happier with my decision to choose Oaks Place. Unlike so many other apartment communities, Oaks Place isn't a corporate owned entity which makes working with management so much easier. You actually feel like an individual and not just another apartment number with monthly rent attached to it. The units are brand new and it was evident from the get go that they paid attention to the little details such as a little extra sound insulation, in unit full size washer and dryers, granite countertops and trash valet service. If you're looking for a new place to call home I'd highly recommend Oaks Place Apartments.

There was a blockage in my dryer caused by built-up lint, and even though I didn’t submit a maintenance request, the maintenance technician came on a Saturday to install a peephole on my door and ended up fixing the dryer as well. He spent over an hour working on it, sweating the whole time, and I’m truly grateful for his help. The responsiveness of the maintenance team is definitely one of the strengths of Oaks Place.

First thing the staff here is Amazing! They are always quick to respond if I ever have a problem or question. The apartments are brand new and beautiful.

The place is beautiful and so convenient to everything! And the nice lady Debbie was the sweetest and so helpful!
