***EDIT 2*** I just noticed that they re-listed the house for the same price but removed the $4,000 paint, flooring, cabinet, ceiling fan, and faucet upgrade. When I asked to see the texts he claimed that he was on his 3rd or 4th phone within the last couple months so he did not have the messages anymore. The communication still wasn't resolved after I made contact with him. We still had to initiate contact most of the time until my wife voiced her thoughts of his lack of communication. EDIT to add this company is still Terrible! After massive employee turnover and more assurance of thier ability to get the job done they have failed to do anything . No trusses, even thought other homes not under contract are actively being built, no willingness to negotiate allowances in the contract due to their terrible management. We just want a house. end of edit. DO NOT USE this company. We have been on a journey with this company since March 2021 and the plans for completion of our home were expected to be September and this company has only just poured the foundation last week!!!! We have tried contacting the company with ZERO communication back, only getting check ins from their real estate agent who while is nice has NO INFORMATION because he himself is also getting nothing from

They are unresponsive they keep extending the deadlines. They keep giving us excuses that they don’t have working crews and materials. We signed our contract in July and so far we only have our concrete foundation. I’m wondering if this is even legal and if there are laws in place to make sure that builders provide timely service? I mean how long are we gonna have to waiting for this house to be built, three or six years aren’t there any legal ramifications? Don’t they have to abide by any laws? This is a very frustrating experience for us…

Dream Finders Homes say nothing that I mentioned to them in an email is warranted. Everything was fine at closing they told me but the bathroom tub has cracked after we moved in for a couple of months and the doors (2) don’t close correctly and the paint job SUCKS! We will NEVER sign off on a house again unless we walk through it with a fine tune comb! Anyone that buys a house built by Dream Finders Homes needs to visit me so I can show you what to look for!
