I had a smooth experience with Dona Ana Properties, especially working with Dom. He was responsive, professional, and he assisted us in getting into the perfect home. The process was easy, and I felt well taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommended!

Only landlord I’ve ever had that does not take calls. Very hard to actual get contact for I had to get it from someone else living at the apartment. Had his workers on the roofs at 9pm during the summer on WEEKNIGHTS. Failed to pay the water bill twice in a 6 month period resulting in my water being shut off. When they were working in the units they didn’t use storage container they just left in piles and metal scraps all over the parking area ( proof below) . Also the only land lord I’ve had that will NOT refund any amount of rent if you vacate early and let them know ahead of time. They will never take accountability unless you legally make them . You have been warned. Y’all watch out for predators like these. If you’re low income and have been a victim you can get legal aid.

Tried to require me to pay an application fee before viewing the apartment - tried to say it's legally required. They can't legally require a paid application before viewing. They can ask you basic nonfinacial questions.

If a property has Dona Ana Properties on it run for the hills. Before we even moved into their apartment they were trying to charge us fees not stated on the lease. Until brought up with them, they were fine with taking $1000 from us before we even moved in. When we did move in the yard was covered in trash including broken glass. There was also graffiti INSIDE the house. Continuing to live in one of their units I found myself getting heat stroke 3 times (I’m not kidding) because their cooling units are awful. They cool maybe 10 degrees in 110 heat waves. And if you think the scamming stops at move in fee get ready for the BS charges you will get when you move out! Oh! And make sure to not use your blinds. They will charge you $150 even if they are in the same state you got them in.

This is by far the most professional and fast responding rental company. I had the the pleasure of working with Dom to get me in my dream home. He was fast, responsive and super professional. I couldn't ask for a better management. Thank you Dom for everything!!
