Theses apartments are not worth a pennie they are run down apartments infested with bedbugs roach's management dont care acs don't work well don't move in well suffer the same thing carpets T it's worth ur property stolen

This place is terrible. Kids living in unhealthy environments. No AC in many apartments. Some don't have working refrigerator or stove. Inhumane and unethical living conditions for children. Manager very unprofessional and inconsiderate

This place was okay many years ago but now with this new management it's going down hill. I tried to call the office before they closed and no one called and I always leave multiple messages but they never call back and by the time they get around to my issues the issues gets worse. The place needs a new management again. It's getting to ridiculous here.

Took over 6month to fix my restroom flooring with mold i called month after month specially cause i had a special needs child 🤬

As a REALTOR.... I have some clients that live at Dona Ana Park Apartments and they live quite comfortably. Helping them find a house though.
