My first impression was really positive, small repairs are quick, maintenance is friendly

Based on the area, this may be one of the more decent properties at first glance of the available choices. However, do not be deceived we had a lot of issues with theft. In the day light, packages stolen from the door with a ring camera in plain sight. Also, our vehicle was broken into and vandalized. After that there wasn’t a possibility to recover the perception. This is a military town, do your homework there are lots of housing options. You may have to drive a little further out, but there are nicer and more safe places to live. I have no complaints regarding staff and the unit was okay but basic for the price. PS. I think the “refundable” deposit is a scam. The place was barely decent when we moved in and was spotless when we left, they still came up with a way to keep the deposit. Th

We haven’t lived here long, but I can say with confidence the maintenance crew here is amazing! We had a leak with our water heater and they came right away to fix the problem. We ended up needing an entirely new water heater but the gentlemen who came to fix it were extremely polite, efficient, and courteous. One of them even took the trash out for me when he was on his way out. I really appreciate having people who are dedicated to making their residents happy!

First time renting an apartment, and it was a great experience. The management is very informative and will answer any questions you have. The maintenance workers are great. I had an issue with no hot water when i first moved in, the maintenance workers replaced my water heater that same day. Highly recommend it here.

We truly enjoyed living in the apartment we had. The apartment area was reasonably quiet.The overall experience with the office staff and the maintenance staff was excellent. They handle all of our concerns. Thank you all for the District Six10 Staff of Lawton, OK for your support.
